Walker’s PILOT was written by screenwriter and actress, Leigh Chapman, who also wrote the script for Chuck’s movie, The Octagon! According to the Hollywood Reporter, “Her final TV writing credit was the pilot and a 1993 episode of Norris’ action hit Walker, Texas Ranger. Because of a creative dispute, credit for both scripts was given to Louise McCarn, who was Chapman’s mother.”

CD (expertly portrayed by Gailard Sartain in the PILOT) appears to be reading Sigmund Freud On the History of the Psycho-Analytic Movement in preparation for his advice column, Trail Buddy!
